Learn how our creative team developed powerful scenarios to explain the pioneering value of a new cyber-threat intelligence tool.

Booz Allen Hamilton and Splunk approached Pythia to explain the pioneering value of a new cyber-threat intelligence service. We created a series of real-world attack scenarios to storify how the tool proactively detects hackers. Two weeks after showing our clients a scenario that illustrated how their new tool effectively shielded organizations like hospitals from attacks, a real ransomware virus called WannaCry infected computers in more than 150 countries. With an uncanny resemblance to our scenario, WannaCry shut down 16 hospitals in the United Kingdom alone. Our proficiency in developing game-changing narratives and digital marketing led to more than 350 immediate sales leads.

Cyber4Sight for Splunk changed the game for cybersecurity analysts by allowing Booz Allen’s premiere threat intelligence service to be fed directly into Splunk’s Enterprise Security platform. Merging the human-derived intelligence from Booz Allen and the analytics-driven security delivered by Splunk, threat hunters had greater power to more quickly manage risk and anticipate the adversary’s next move.

Our creative team identified a series of attack scenarios that showed how organizations could use this game-changing technology and best practices. Based on real-life plots, Pythia’s videos, social media posts, and white papers gave customers authentic examples of how the new service could help companies more quickly and confidently anticipate, detect, and mitigate security threats.
